We built a two story garage addition with an attached breezeway for our customers in Tilton, NH.  The second floor over the garage has plenty of room for a future in-law apartment.

This customer had a very challenging lot with a steep slope.  Additionally, there was a great deal of ledge to deal with and mud season was very difficult to contend with. We were able to meet and overcome these challenges and now the owner has a beautiful house with a beautiful lot and view!
